Wow, it has been a busy week! Last Sunday we went to our new house to walk through with the people who sold it to us. Monday mama and I went to home depot to buy paint for the house.There are a few wild fires north and west of us and the smoke outside is so bad that we can't play outside :-( Tuesday we spent the day at the house ripping off a wallpaper mural that was on an entire wall. That was a big process. First mama had to wet the wall, then rip off the paper, then scrub off all of the adhesive! It was a two day process, but I helped by scrubbing the wall with a sponge. When I woke up Thursday morning grandma was at our house, and after breakfast we went back over to our new house. Grandma and mama got ready to paint my room first, while daddy and I went to the next room to prep. I was daddy's buddy all day, we went to home depot again and he let me drive the race car cart through the store. Then he took me home for bath and bedtime. Today, same routine, packed the trucks full of stuff and headed for the new house. I'm starting to get used to sleeping at that house and I took good naps today. When I woke up papa was there too. They started to paint the living room so I was confined to the hall with a gate. In the hall I found some cupboards that I can hide in, it was pretty fun. After I got bored with that, papa took me for a walk around the property, I can't wait to move into our new home.
