Merry Grinchmas and Happy New Year!

Jace
We walked to the Tocher's house to exchange Christmas gifts on Monday morning and then had our annual Grinch party with the Wiekings. Miss Audra made us some really great photo books, one from Great Wolf Lodge and the other from our Crater Lake Adventure! We watched the Grinch on the way to Medford, got hot cocoa and walked around the lighted streets to see the Grinch and Santa. It was really fun as usual and we had our Grinch food party the day after Christmas. Daddy had to work on Christmas eve, but we went to the gym with mama to watch her do the twelve days of Christmas workout and after a nap, we went to the fire station to have dinner with daddy. We couldn't see the tree or presents until daddy got home the next morning, so we watched a Christmas movie and ate snowman pancakes until he got home. Santa brought me spy night goggles that I asked for and daddy and mama got me legos,a movie,a book, pajamas, a puzzle and a new game. Bella got me legos too. We spent the day building legos, puzzles and playing games. Santa also brought us a balance board for the whole family for Christmas. We have fun battling to stay on the longest. It was a great Christmas! We had green pancakes for our Grinch party and played with our friends. On Saturday, I served pancakes to a bunch of people who bought tickets for my wrestling fundraiser. I had a great time taking orders and serving. I also sold the most tickets, so coach got me a new pair of workout wrestling pants. Papa and grandma came to Applebee's and then came to the house to see what we got for Christmas and to play. Mama had a girls night the next night after we went to bed. I thought I heard all of my teachers laughing, but I didn't get up to see. Mrs Garcia wrote me a note to say hi and so did Bella's teacher. Sounded like they had fun even without Bells and I;) My 2019 goals were to do 10 pull ups in a row and a standing back flip. I mastered the pull ups, but I'm adding the standing back flip to my 2020 goals!

Bella
The Tocher's got me some unicorn slime and I was so excited for our Grinch party that night. Miss Audra made me a quilt identical to the one I made for my baby and also a new cabbage patch chipmunk baby. I gave Grinch a hug this year and loved all of the beautifully lit houses. I cheered mama on at the gym and then had fun playing Christmas match at the fire station after dinner. It took me a while to fall asleep because I was so excited for Santa to come. We left him cookies and milk before we went to bed. I wanted to peek over the sheet that mama put up to see the tree, but we waited until daddy got home. Santa brought me a baby high chair and legos just like I wanted. Daddy and mama also got me a new charades game,a puzzle, more legos,a workout outfit, flannel sheets and a new book. Jace and I used some money we got for Christmas to buy each other a gift and he got me a toy horse barn and a couple of horses to play in it. Mema sent us grapefruit and money and aunt Linda sent us treats and money and so did pappy. I put the rest of my money in my piggy bank. We had a couple of fun days staying home and playing with all of our new toys. The Grinch pancakes were yummy but my favorite were the Grinch hats with grapes, strawberries and a marshmallow!  We made Grinch ornaments with green glitter and a marker, I hung mine on the tree. We built a bunch of marble towers with our friends and raced them. I went along to the Applebee's breakfast fundraiser. I helped roll napkins and silverware and ate breakfast with papa and grandma. I also sat and visited with the Hammers, Miss Lori and Mr Kyle while they ate. We played with papa and grandma at home and then built a bunch of puzzles! Mama bought a bunch of yummy snacks for her girls night and we got to eat some too, the chocolate strawberries were delicious. Daddy and mama got a Wii before Jace and I were born and they decided to get it out of the closet and set it up for us to play. There are really fun games to play on it especially the bike riding game.
