A week at home!

Everyone left early on Sunday morning to go home and daddy had to work.  We helped mama do laundry and house chores.  We had workout and swim on Monday and it was overcast and sprinkled all day.  There was thunder that night when I was helping mama put the chickens away and I got scared and ran for the house.  Mama worked on Tuesday and we stayed home with daddy. He took us to the library and I played with the trains there and had fun. We played outside a bit after nap and were all ready for bed when mama got home. We went to workout and swim again on Wednesday and daddy came with us.  He was impressed at my swimming and floating skills.  Thursday morning daddy did Fill the Boot fundraiser while we got pictures  taken at JCPenny's. We went out for burritos before we went home.  Daddy worked on Friday and we went to the Rogers' house so Miss Tami and mama could make strawberry jam and do meal prep.  Maren and I thought it was a good idea to get in her pool at 9am. Maren went to her room and got us matching swim suits and we each picked what top and bottom we wanted.  I picked the shorts and kini top.  It was pretty silly.  The water was so cold,  but we still went down the slide into the pool and squealed every time:) We got along so well and our mamas were so proud of us. Allan took us swimming after nap and we had a lot of fun. We went home for dinner and I helped mama pack for our trip to The Dalles the next day.

I still have a runny nose and a cough and have been super clingy and cranky.  I got to start swim with mama on Monday but the water was a bit cold. I cried a little. I kicked in the water for mama and we sang lots of songs.  I fell asleep just before swim on Wednesday and really didn't like getting woken up and put into the water. I was even pretty cranky for my pictures on Thursday, but we got a few good ones. I was very good and played in the pack and play at miss Tami's.  I took good naps there too. I have been a big eater lately,  eating everything and lots of it. Mama is only nursing me at night before bed now and I'm not dealing very well with that. I have been playing in the house mama made me. I like picking the flowers and carrots off of it too.  I can stand up in the middle of the floor by myself but can only take a couple of steps.
