Camping Fun!

It has been a while since the last post, but we have been busy. Daddy and mama went elk hunting last weekend and there was a lot of packing and planning before we left. Papa and grandma took their camper up on the mt for daddy, mama and I. Uncle Nick and aunt Lori let us take their trailer too for papa, grandma and aunt Linda to stay in for the weekend. Uncle Nick and Kenzi came up for the day on Saturday, I finally made up to uncle Nick and Kenzi caught a big fish. We cooked it on the fire and it was very yummy! I woke up early with daddy and mama, but took an earlier nap for grandma and aunt Linda. I had fun helping gather firewood, climbing on the firewood and smashing bugs. Grandma set up an obstacle course for me to jump through, I laughed a lot and they jumped through it with me. The weather was great for camping, but not so good for the hunting. I blew on papa's elk call and rode my bike too, I even helped grandma sweep her camper. On Sunday afternoon, papa, grandma, aunt Linda and I all went home. Daddy and mama stayed for a couple more days but didn't have any luck, they picked me up on Tuesday night and we headed home. Yesterday, I helped daddy and mama do laundry, clean and put everything away. I spent the day with daddy today while mama worked, we had fun just daddy and me.

 

 

Grace comes to visit!

On Friday, mama had to work and I spent the day with daddy. When mama got home, we got ready to go to the Halloween party at uncle Nick and aunt Lori's. We played lots of fun games and all of the kids had so much fun together. When we left the party, we met auntie Leanne and Grace in Roseburg and headed for home.  On Saturday morning it was raining when we got up so we played inside all morning. After my morning nap, we went outside and rode bikes. Grace brought me her strider bike and I do a pretty good job riding it. I even rode it through the mud puddle! While Grace was napping I went for a walk with daddy and auntie Leanne. I played in the mud puddle when we got back. I jumped in it, ran through it, sat in it and even put my head in it. We took a bath in mama's big tub with lots of bubbles. We had a lot of fun with auntie Leanne and Grace, but they had to leave to go home during my morning nap this morning.

Happy Halloween!

I had peas for lunch today and when mama wasn't looking, decided to put one in my ear! After lunch, mama had a Dr appointment and daddy and I went with her. We got to see a little baby on a TV screen. Mama said it was the baby inside her tummy, it was my baby brother or baby sister. I had fun entertaining the Dr and nurses in the office. I dressed up as Batman to go there. The Dr let me play with her tape measure and let me go with her to get on her computer. After the appointment we went straight home for a nap (mama included). When we got up, we met daddy in town for dinner and then headed to the harvest festival at our church. We met Maren and her family there. We played a game, jumped in a bounce house, and pet some animals in the petting zoo. It was lots of fun. I was cat in the hat, but didn't like wearing the hat very much ;-)

Having fun with cousins!

Yesterday daddy had to work, and we headed to grandma's house after my morning nap. All of my cousins were there except Kenzi because she was still at school. I had fun riding on Shea's back and knocking over her blocks when she would stack them for me. After our naps, and school, we all played outside blowing bubbles and jumping in the leaves. Everybody came over for dinner and it was a little crazy, but we all had lots of fun! Mama and I headed home when it was my bedtime. I was so excited to see daddy this morning when he got home from work. We played while mama went for a walk with her friend Tami.

I helped mama do some baking last week. I like to pour things into the mixer after mama measured them. I also helped chop up the chocolate chips for the pumpkin muffins! I spent Friday with grandma, Aunt Linda and the rest of my cousins. Grandma's house was pretty crazy,  but we had fun
:-) mama's friend Memoriee came down to take our family pictures at the park, it was beautiful and sunny. Memoriee's husband Bruce kept me looking at the camera by holding things up and making me laugh. Aunt Linda and grandma came down on Sunday. I decided to show off for them and be very silly. Once, mama put me in a time out and I went to the corner to stand. I heard a camera turn on so I turned around to look at Aunt Linda, but mama said to look in the corner. When I turned back into the corner I kept saying "cheese",  because I knew she was taking my picture. Aunt Linda stayed with us for a couple days. Mama had to work on Monday and daddy had lots to do after work, so I spent the day with Aunt Linda. We had a fun day, she pulled me in the wagon, read books and played outside. When mama got home, she raked some leaves so I could play in them. When we were done, they loaded them all into a trash can so daddy could mow. I rode in the leaves for fun!

Exciting news!

Lately mama has not been feeling very good and then I noticed her belly is getting bigger too. She told me there is a baby in her tummy, but I don't see one when I lift her shirt up. She tells me I will have a baby brother or sister at the end of may, but I have no idea what that means.
Last weekend mama and I went to a birthday party at a train park. I had fun riding on the train with mama. I also liked climbing on a wooden train that was there to play on. I took a couple of swings at the pinata, but didn't hit it hard enough to break it. Monday mama and miss Tami went for a walk, Maren and I ate snacks in our strollers. After nap, mama took me on a four-Wheeler ride to get the mail. Daddy worked outside and I played. Tuesday I wasn't a very good boy and got several time-outs. Today we went for another walk. Daddy worked outside all day cleaning up the property and cutting stumpa. After mama and I napped we walked down to the creek where I could try out my new rain boots. I fell in again, but it was hot today and I didn't mind. While mama went to the gym, daddy and I ran errands in town. Daddy and I wrestled a bunch before bath, and it was so fun. Whenever he would leave the room I would holler "Daddy, are you".

At first I was afraid of the rocking horse, but now it is my favorite! I love pushing the ear to make it Winnie and gallop. We mostly just played around the house this week, mama tried to take me to a kinder gym class but it started right at nap time. So I cried and mama took me home. After nap, I went outside with daddy and rode my bike. Wednesday I had my first dentist appointment. I liked the dentist, I even let him look at my teeth. There was a nice lady there that polished my teeth and put fluoride on them. My favorite was when she put this wand in my mouth that sprayed water. On Thursday papa came to visit, I was running around the house like a crazy boy to show off for him. We wrestled on the floor and played hide and seek! Yesterday we went grocery shopping and then went to the gym to have appetizers with mama's friends. I had fun swinging on the rings at the gym.
