The Great Outdoors!

Last week of school was fun and not a lot of work! We went paddle boarding on the Applegate River with Papa and grandma and found a secluded spot lower than usual. I had fun trying to knock grandma off of her board. My bow savings jar has a lot of money and I'm getting close to having enough money to buy one. Mama took me to the bow shop to look at and even shoot one of the bows there. After shooting, I was even more determined to get one. I asked the Tochers if there were any jobs they needed done, so I filled a ditch with dirt for over an hour and made $10. I washed windows and did a few other jobs for daddy and he paid me a couple bucks for each. One Saturday, we went to Galesville lake where some of our friends were camping. We kayaked, fished and paddle boarded. Finn and I liked finding lures that people got stuck in the trees. I rode my dirt bike some and picked the first raspberry from the garden.

The strawberries in the garden are ripening like crazy and they are delicious. We have had strawberry shortcake for dessert a lot. We had field day on our last day of school and I had so much fun playing all of the games. I spent some of my birthday money on a new doll from target. I also planned my fairy garden that the Tochers got me, I am excited to watch it grow! I had two of my teeth pulled at the dentist on my first day of summer. It didn't hurt and I was super brave. It was really weird to have my lips numb and looked funny when I tried to smile. The tooth fairy still paid me for my teeth too. Going to the lake with our friends the next day made up for the not-so-fun start to the summer. We took a picnic lunch and I got to use my new fishing pole and tackle. I have Camden a ride on the back of my kayak and paddled him all over the lake, it was fun!

Bella Turns 7!

All I wanted for my birthday was to get my ears pierced. So after breakfast at Mamosa's on my birthday, Lala, Grace, mama and I all headed to the mall in Medford. I picked out some blue flowers for my earrings and I went first. It didn't hurt at all and I told Grace. Grace got her ears pierced after me. After that, we headed to Dutch Bros for our free birthday smoothie and headed for home. My party was the next day and I decided on a woodland fairy birthday party, so between mama and miss Audra we had most of the decor for the party. I saw Kelsey at church and invited her to my party as well as my friend Kyah from school. Of course all of the family came too and it was a beautiful day! We made fairy lanterns and I made flower halos for all of the girls. We went zip lining, ate fairy food and went on a scavenger hunt. It was a great party and I got some really great gifts. A new fishing pole, Legos, clothes, doll camping stuff, a couple of bouncy balls, crafts and a chicken dress and purse to name a few. Jace also made me a fairy garden in a flower pot and I love it! The day after my party was Memorial Day, so we went to the gym to do our annual Murph workout. Jace and I did it with daddy and mama this year. We wore our camelbacks for weight and water and I ran the first mile and did all of the pull ups, push ups and air squats. That afternoon we floated the river, Jace and I in our kayaks and daddy and mama on their paddle boards. What a great weekend!

While Bella got her ears pierced, daddy's friend Ryan took us out on his jet boat. Bampa came with us and Ryan's dog too. We had a great day and had delicious pizza when we got home. I had fun with my friends at the birthday party and we had a great game on the patio with Bella's new bouncy ball. I finished the Murph workout way before Daddy and mama and it was so fun!
