Visiting Our Pennsylvania Family For Mema's 90th!

Kelsey drove us all to the airport super early to get on an airplane to head to Pennsylvania. We packed lots of activities to do and snacks to eat on the plane, so we enjoyed our trip. Papa and Uncle Nick picked us up and we went to pappy's house to eat dinner and visit. We got to catch some lightening bugs too before heading to Jay and Mya's house. They set up their camp trailer for us to stay in while we were there. It had bunk beds and even a small bathroom. We got up the next morning and Jay was starting a fire outside to cook breakfast. Aunt Pat was already there and aunt Dot and Mema came to eat too. We had so much fun playing with all of the kids! Jacob has a pig and chickens and I really love aunt Pat's dog, Peanut. We spent more time with mema and swam in Jay's pool before going to aunt Tammie's for dinner and lots of playing with more cousins. They had a water slide set up,a bounce house and there was a pond full of frogs that we tried to catch. We had a great time and good food. We caught a bunch of lightening bugs before we left and put them in a jar in the trailer while we slept that night! The next morning we had breakfast with the Sawyer family and went to visit mema and help her get ready for her big birthday parties! She had lots of friends come and some even sang for her, it was great. Next we went to mama's cousin's house for a chicken bbq. Mema was happy to see so many of her great grand children there! There was a thunder and lightning storm before we left and we all danced and played in the rain:) we watched a movie and had popcorn with the Sawyer boys before bed. The next morning, we had breakfast at pappy's and went fishing in his pond. Then all the kids came to swim at the Sawyer's pool and Mema came to watch. We had so much fun with all of the cousins and family, we didn't want it to end. But the next day we said our goodbyes to everyone and headed to the airport to fly home. We can't wait to go back to see our Pennsylvania family again!

Wet and Wild!

We started July out with lots of exercise! Swim lessons, crossfit kids, gymnastics and swimming at the neighbours pool. I also lost 2 more teeth in the same day and the tooth fairy left my money in our fairy house! The second week, we did ninja camp at Higgs and had so much fun!! I did the hanging challenge for over two minutes and won and the last day I did an obstacle course challenge and won our team two more points. Bampa and lala came down to watch and they stayed in the hotel in RR since Kelsey was in the guest room. That meant we got to swim in the hotel pool and go out for dinner with them! They also came over for daddy's birthday and mama got an ice cream cake! Our cousins came down one day to pick up a saw and we played with them and they had lunch with us too. We went to story time, home depot workshop and also helped daddy and mommy with chores around the house. Kelsey's dad, Mr.Bruce came to visit and he came for pizza and also bbqd some salmon another night for dinner. Mama entered her first crossfit team competition and papa and grandma took us to watch. Mama held a handstand for 3 minutes, which inspired Bella and I to see how long we could last. The bucket brigade was our favorite event to watch! We went to Ryne's pool birthday party the next day and had so much fun! That Friday we went to Demian's water birthday party and had a blast there too. We went to Roseburg that weekend to pick blueberries and hike would creek falls with papa and grandma. It was a good hike and we saw so many cool things in nature! We jumped in the river to cool off before heading home. After church, mama took us to the splash park and then after nap went back to the neighbor's pool to swim some more! Mama's friend, miss Christen brought her kiddos down and we all went to the Applegate River to kayak and paddle board. Daddy was at work, so when mama got our kayaks down from the storage room, one of them hit her in the eye and gave her a black eye.

Bella
I love being in the water and doing gymnastics too. Kelsey helps me with my gymnastics at home and I'm getting better. I even moved up to a more advanced class. This year was the first year I was old enough to do ninja camp. I had a lot of fun, but didn't really care for the battle beam over the pool. I had lots of fun with bampa and lala when they were here and with my cousins when they came to visit. On Fridays, we have been going biking on the Greenway before going to story time. I'm getting really fast on my bike, almost as fast as Jace. Mr Bruce played hide and seek with us and we even took him down to the creek while he was here. I laughed really hard at the crossfit competition because mama had to carry miss Neeka on her back. I cheered them on when I stopped laughing. We had a pool birthday and Water birthday two weekends in a row and I had lots of fun at both! I really enjoyed our hike with papa and grandma, and visiting Mr Dallas who gave us each our own jars of his honey😋. We went to the river to play and the next day the Hammer's took us to see Toy Story 4 and then out for ice cream while daddy and mama paddle boarded down the Rogue. We packed our bags to go to see our Pennsylvania family for Mema's 90th birthday. We are so excited, she bought all of our plane tickets so we could all celebrate with her!
