Laughter Makes the Heart Smile:)

We got a staycation card with lots of fun things to do locally and here it is August and we finally started using it. We took my buddy Quinton from school to Kid Time in Medford and we had a great time. We stopped at the fire station to see daddy on our way home too. Another hot afternoon, we went to the family fun center and went on the bumper boats, go carts and miniature golf. The bumper boats were my favorite, we all had our own and they all had squirt guns. I soaked daddy and mama:) We bought a new couch and it came in lots of large boxes that we made a huge house out of. We went to miss Sierra's house for dinner and we swam in her pool and rode her horse. Crossfit kids and Ninja kour have been a lot of fun. On the last day of crossfit, we played 'the floor is lava' and had to go across the gym on the bars without touching the floor. It was so fun and I made it!

I had a lot of fun at kid time with Quinton and Jace. My favorite was the art room where I painted lots of pretty pictures. The trip to the daily fun center was awesome! They even let me have my own bumper boat even though I wasn't quite tall enough. I used my squirt gun on everyone and could not stop giggling. I rode with mama on the go cart and wasn't very good at miniature golf. Jace and I played with all of the boxes while daddy and mama put the couch together in the living room. I was excited to go to miss Sierra's house because I knew she had a horse. I floated in her pool for a while, then went for a ride on Izzy, her pretty horse. I fed her carrots and brushed her after I rode her, it was the best! Miss Sierra even gave me one of Izzy's horse shoes that I hung on my bed. We had a yummy dinner before heading home. I love my gymnastics class, I even learned how to do a handstand on the wall!

Crazy Cousins Camping at the Lake!

We went to lake of the woods for our annual family camping trip and we were so excited. The truck was piled high with all of our stuff and we were off to the lake. Papa and grandma were there already and we helped unload and played in their camp while daddy and mama set up the tent. We roasted hotdogs for dinner and helped make homemade ice cream for dessert. We played in camp after breakfast with our cousins until it warmed up, then went down by the lake to play for the rest of the day. We had fun in our kayaks, on the paddle boards and just playing on the shore with our buddies. We played in the Wagner's camp that night and had smores and went to bed pretty early because of our big day. Daddy and uncle Josh hiked up mt McLaughlin really early the next morning, and we played Boche ball and corn hole in camp. We went down to the lake after daddy came back and had races and battles in our kayaks. Our camping neighbor had a party boat with a slide and invited us to come use it while it was anchored. We went down the slide so many times and had a blast! We had tacos for dinner and smores for dessert. We played games and built little houses out of stumps and sticks and dirt. We needed showers because we got filthy.  The next morning we had to pack up and head home. We played until it was time to go and slept all of the way home! Another awesome camping trip to put in our memory book;) Mama worked a couple days later and papa, grandma and auntie Michelle took us to the dollar movie together, it was great!
