Wet 'N' Wild!

Jace
This month was busy and full of more fun adventures! We went on a few rafting trips, a jet boat trip, paddle boarding and to the fair!  I went off of a rope swing into the river and daddy let us go on some rides at the fair after seeing all of the farm animals! Mama took us to see a movie in the park too. We took popcorn, wore our pajamas and stayed up super late. Another day, we helped mama make apple muffins and had a tea party on the pack porch. My buddy Maren turned 5 and she had an under the sea birthday party. There was a huge water slide there, water gun fights, sword fights and a zip line. Mama and I had lots of races on the water slide and we played until bedtime. We even got to spend the night at her house. We had so much fun!

Bella
We have been on the go a lot lately, but I have been a trooper! I really enjoyed all of the animals at the fair and the yummy popcorn at movie on the park. I spent the day with daddy while mama and Jace went on the jet boat, and we had a great day! My vocabulary is getting better every day and even a bit bossy sometimes. One time mama told have to do something and he didn't do it right away so I got right in his face and yelled "NOW". Jace decided he wants to be iron man for Halloween and I'm going to be spider man:) Jace wanted me to be a princess so he could save me, but I said no. Grandma had a trip to go to PA to see family, so I gave her all my snuggles when I was with her to last while she was gone. I didn't want to go on the water slide at Maren's party at first, but after I went I wanted to go again and again! I played in their hot pool before bed to warm up!

Sweet Summertime!

Jace
Ryan, my friend across the creek, had a pool party for his birthday. We all went and mama made him a shark towel. I went down the slide into the pool and even went head first! Mama got us some water balloons and Daddy and I had a huge battle on the patio. The last weekend in July daddy and mama had tickets to go to cape Blanco music festival. Lala came on Thursday and they left on Friday. We had a great time with lala, we went on a pretend turkey hunt, played at the creek, and went on lots of adventures outside:) On Sunday when we were napping mama came home and lala left. We went to Demian's birthday party as soon as we woke up. They had a blow up water slide, a pool and a piñata! We ate pizza and watermelon before heading to the coast to meet up with daddy to see a Kenny Chesney concert! We had a great time and I even knew some of his songs. We danced in the aisles and had fun with our friends. Bella and I slept on the way home!
We spent a few more days at the house in roseburg making it look nice before putting it up for sale. August is here and so is the heat! We went to the coast camping on the hottest weekend and looked forward to the cool weather. Mama didn't pack quite enough warm clothes because it was cold and foggy most of the time!  We still had lots of fun riding bikes, playing on the playground and on the beach. We had a fire to keep us warm and we ate lots of yummy food!  Papa, grandma, uncle nick and aunt Lori and the Wagner family were all there to play with and build castles on the beach. It was great fun until I got in the way of an adult Frisbee game and took one right between the eyes. There was a lot of blood, but having a s'more made it all better!  It didn't slow me down, I still ran on the beach and even got buried in the sand the next day!  When we got home it was still in the hundreds and very hot!

Bella
I had lots of fun playing in the pool at Ryan's house and eating fish crackers. I didn't want to try out the slide, but I liked floating around with daddy:) I had so much fun playing and reading with lala when she was here. Demian's party had lots of kids and a fun kiddy pool that I had a fun time in. I enjoyed the concert, I danced and snuggled daddy a lot. My favorite books right now are the Look and Find books, and I can find everything! One evening daddy and mama walked us up behind the house to pick some blackberries,  and they were delicious! The camping trip to the coast was great!  When we woke up and were cold in our tent, we snuggled in daddy and mama's bed. Then while daddy built a fire, Jace and I went in papa and grandma's trailer to have hot cocoa. I didn't like it, so I had cold milk. I got a little wet at the beach from a sneaker wave, but loved building and digging in the sand. Grandma even buried my legs and made me look like a mermaid, it was super silly!
