Happy Birthday Daddy!

I woke daddy up on his birthday by singing happy birthday to him and I gave him a picture that I colored for him. I also picked out a cool singing card that had superman on it. He loved it and he really loved the backpack blower we got him too. We went to workout after breakfast and then we went out for breakfast after workout. I ate again and then we headed to Medford for daddy. We stopped by a fun park that had water spraying and it was really fun. Then we headed home for nap and then had some yummy tri tip for dinner and cupcakes for dessert. Mama also put a butterfly bandaid on my head then a really cool bandaid on top of that. We all went to Roseburg on Saturday morning to help papa do some painting in their new house.  Bella and I went to Costco with mama while daddy and papa painted then mama helped while Bella and I napped. When I woke up, I was super cuddly so daddy and mama knew I didn't feel good.  I had a fever and wouldn't eat anything. We ended up leaving a little sooner than we had planned and went home. I was fine after we got home and slept great. We skipped church even though I felt better and didn't have a fever anymore.  We played on the play structure and helped mama harvest the garden. Daddy and mama both worked on Monday and grandma was still hiking with Lala so Bella and I went to miss Tami's house.  We had so much fun playing with Maren and Maddox and I didn't get any time outs. We were in the bath when mama came to pick us up. We went to workout the next morning then played at home the rest of the day. I woke up Tuesday night at midnight and told mama that my head hurt, then I threw up a bunch and went back to bed. I threw up again the next morning when I got up, but felt better as the day went on. Mama started getting a headache, then daddy and they were both sick until Saturday.  We got the carpets cleaned on Thursday, but otherwise just relaxed at home until they felt better. Thankfully Bella didn't get it!

Bella
I gave daddy lots of snuggles when I got up and really liked the singing card we got him for his birthday. I ate another big breakfast of fruit when we went out after workout.  I didn't know what to think of all the spraying water at the park,  so daddy took me through some of the misters and that was fun! I had fun running around in papa's empty house and took a good nap in his trailer. I love swinging and sliding with Jace at home. I also really like the cherry tomatoes that we pick out of our garden. I was a good girl for miss Tami on Monday and enjoyed being there. I entertained myself in the card table house mama made me while daddy and mama were sick. I played well with Jace too, he shares his toys with me and reads me books. I'm glad that I didn't get sick this time!

A Special Trip to the Wildlife Safari!

Monday morning we had workout and swim,  then after nap we checked the garden for ripe veggies. The first ripe tomato and a zucchini too.  I ate the tomato immediately and it was juicy and delicious!  I asked mama what kind it was and she said roma, to which I replied "roma tomatoes are my favorite". Then we helped daddy pack for his three day rafting trip. He and Maren's daddy and another friend are rafting the wild and scenic of the rogue. Someday I hope to go along when I get bigger. Mama worked on Tuesday and daddy left on his trip. We played and built a shark out of wood at uncle Nick's house,  then papa and grandma packed up their trailer and we all went to their new house.  We had fun running from room to room and hiding in the closets from each other, but grandma was upset because there wasn't any water yet. Wyatt and I each picked our room for nap and slept in our sleeping bags on the floor.  Mama got off early and picked Bella and I up
to go back to the hospital. I didn't want to go, but mama promised me some chocolate milk so I went. Dr Williams wanted to see Bella again just to make sure she was using her arm and it was back to normal.  She said it looked good,  and I had fun telling stories to mama's friends in the break room. We went to auntie shell's house to drop off a pillow mama covered for her, then to Costco and back to papa and grandma's house.  Bella slept in her pack in play and mama and I shared an air mattress and we spent the night. Grandma left the next morning for her 5 day backpacking trip with Lala. Papa helped us with breakfast while mama packed and then off to the wildlife safari.  Mama's friend set up a time for us to go hold 5-week old lions. They were so soft and cute, but were a little timid so we just got to pet them. It was so special and I loved it. We also got to see the mommy and daddy lions in the cage nearby.  We made it home in time for my swim class then home for nap.  On Thursday we made it of the house on time for workout,  but the neighbor's old trailer was blocking the bridge while they were trying to get it across. So we didn't make it on time for workout,  but we went to town anyways to go shopping for daddy's birthday present.  We got him a backpack blower, he is going to love it. We decided to hide it in my play castle on the back porch so daddy could find it the next day on his birthday. After dinner Bella and I were playing in her playhouse inside while mama did the dishes. one time I ran in to make Bella laugh and I hit my head on the table and split it right open. I cried and ran into the kitchen and there was blood everywhere. Mama took us to the pharmacy but it was closed so we went to the fire station and got some tape so mama could tape it back together. Then we went to the Rogers house for some more supplies.  We went home for bath and bed. Daddy got home from his rafting trip just before I went to bed, I was excited to see him.

Bella
My arm is back normal, but their is a small bump under my left eye that is purple.  It started out as a small mark when I bumped it a couple of months ago now it is bigger. Mama thinks it will absorb so we try to leave it alone.  I had fun playing chase and hide and seek at grandma's new house.  When mama took me to the hospital,  I didn't really want Dr Williams to touch my arm because I remembered that it hurt the last time she did.  I saw the monkeys and a cheetah at the wildlife safari but I didn't get to go in with the lions because I am loud and would scare them. I stayed out with mama's friend while she and Jace went in. Jace has been sharing and playing very nice with me but I am not very nice back. I like to hit and pull his hair but he just asks me nicely to stop. He was making me laugh really hard just before he hit his head on the table and hurt his head. I went to bed before daddy got home.

Mama worked on Monday and grandma watched us at uncle Nick and aunt Lori's. We had a fun day of playing then headed home from our big weekend.  Mama took the splint off of Bella's arm but she still wasn't using it, so we went to see the pediatrician. We went to workout on Wednesday morning then daddy took me to swim while Bella and mama went to see a different Dr.  I guess her arm is all better and she is starting to use it more. We made it to workout again on Thursday and then the Rogers came over for dinner.  There was a huge thunder and lightning storm and the rain poured down. Maren and I and our daddy's went out in the rain and danced and ran and jumped in the pool! It was still really warm and we had so much fun. We dried off and came inside for dinner,  but the rain kept on coming down. Mama worked on Friday and we spent the day with daddy.  He took us to workout and then story time at the library. Saturday morning after daddy went to work miss Tami,  Maren and Maddox came over so our mamas could make some more meals for the freezer.  We played for a bit then watched Frozen while Bella and Maddox slept.  They were all done with meals by lunch time,  so we had some pasta before they went home.  I helped mama pick some more basil for pesto and noticed that one of the tomatoes is starting to get ripe, I'm so excited to eat it! On Sunday we went to church and then after nap we went to Jacksonville to a fun children's festival. They had lots of things to do like face painting,  molding clay and making my own shield.  I also made a pasta necklace and a paper plate fish.  We went out for Mexican food on our way home, it was a fun day:)

Bella
I had fun playing at uncle Nick's house and with my cousins.  Mama took my splint off on Tuesday but I still didn't use that arm. Mama was worries and took me to my Dr which referred me to another Dr. We went to workout in the morning then to see the specialist.  He made me move my arm and said that because of the splint I just thought I couldn't use it. I stayed using and moving it more and more and mama was relieved.  On Thursday during the big storm,  I played inside with Maddox.  He smiled and made lots of silly noises at me. I also enjoyed watching them run and dance in the rain.  Daddy entertained me while Jace listened to story time and mama was home when I woke up from my nap. Saturday morning when miss Tami came over, she brought bags of groceries and put them on the floor. I had so much unloading them and hiding their supplies from them. One time mama found me walking with a red bell pepper in my mouth, she thought it was funny. I had fun playing at church with the other kids and enjoyed the fun festival in the afternoon. I especially liked the rice and beans when we went out for dinner.

Sunday was church in the park and it was overcast thankfully, so it wasn't so miserably hot. Daddy worked a bunch in the night, so mama took Bella and I. We sat with daddy's friends Manny and Lindsay during the service. I sat real still and ate snacks with Bella because there were a bunch of bounce houses there and I wanted to play after the service. We went straight to the big slide first and then an obstacle course one, they were super fun. I jumped and jumped until mama said it was time to eat, then we had bbq'd hamburgers. Mine was so yummy that I got a second one before heading home to see daddy! After nap, we went to daddy's chief's house for a pizza and pool party. I wasn't interested in the pizza much, I just wanted to play in the pool the whole time. I jumped off of the side and splashed a lot. Mama got in with Bella for a bit and I also swam with a girl named Lola. Daddy had 3 more days off, so we all went to workout and swim on Monday and Wednesday. I am doing well in swim and still an excellent floater.  Mama worked I Thursday and papa and grandma were staying in their trailer at river forks park. There is a super fun park there, and Bella and I had a good time playing in the morning before it got hot! Grandma and papa picked us a whole bunch of blueberries for our freezer, they are big and yummy! We spent the day at home with daddy and mama on Friday, then went back to Roseburg on Saturday for independence day! The plan was to go to mama's friend's house for a picnic then to uncle Nick and aunt Lori's for another bbq picnic. But Bella wasn't using her right arm all morning, so we went to the hospital to see mama's Dr friend instead. She fixed Bella's elbow and Bella got some x rays. The girl that did the x rays gave me a bunch of stickers and grandma came and brought us a picnic lunch that uncle Nick and aunt Lori made us. Bella got a split on her arm and we went to Mr Kelly's house. He has a big pool with a diving board and I went for a swim before heading to uncle Nick's for their bbq. Wyatt and I played badminton, Shea and I jumped on the trampoline with sprinkler and we ate a yummy dinner. The sprinkler made a huge mud puddle that Wyatt and I played in with some trucks and I got super muddy! We went back to Mr Kelly's house and spent the night in his trailer in his driveway. We put Bella to bed and mama let me stay up to watch the fireworks, they were beautiful and loud! The next day we took an early nap and mama and I swam I the pool all afternoon. I even did a flip of of the diving board, mama was really impressed. We went to auntie shell's new house and I played with Lane and Hayes and then went out to dinner with papa and grandma.

  

Bella
I had fun at church on the park! Mama gave me snacks and I even sat on Manny's lap while mama took Jace to the bathroom. I had fun watching Jace jump in the bounce houses and I ate a cheese burger for lunch. I took a big nap and then had fun at chief Sawall's in the pool. Daddy and mama took the top and doors off of the jeep and I like it windy and so I can see the sky while we drive:) we had fun playing at home picking veggies out of the garden. I think it is really funny when mama brushes my teeth and I am still very attached to my pacifier. Our chickens are getting really big now, I like to watch them chase each other around in the pen. Jace and I had lots of fun at the park with grandma and then story time at the library on Friday. We went outside and blew bubbles, I had fun chasing them around. That night just before bed I went into Jace's room to pull some books off of his shelf and mama started to leave. I reached my arms up while sitting on the floor and she picked me up by my wrists. That hurry my arm very badly and I cried and cried. Mama didn't know what happened, but she gave me Tylenol and rocked me to sleep. The next morning I still couldn't use my right arm and it hurt if mama moved it. Daddy went to work and we headed to Roseburg. We went straight to the hospital to meet with Dr Williams to fix my partially dislocated elbow. She relocated my elbow, took x rays and put my arm in a splint. It was painful but after the splint was on, it didn't hurt a bit. Grandma brought us food and I was excited to eat. I was a bit shy at the first picnic but had lots of fun at uncle Nick's house. I was so exhausted from the day that I fell asleep down their driveway then slept through all of the loud fireworks! Sunday was fun and the splint doesn't bug me at all. Mr Kelly made us yummy pancakes and cheesy eggs for breakfast. I took a huge nap while Jace and mama swam and played with toys at auntie shell's house.
